Did not get my delivery so they refused to deliver again an absolute joke

Ordered from here for over a year now never had any issues, until I ordered contacts as I order every 3 months and in desperate need my last pair split ordered Thursday taken payment twice even when it said payment had declined delivery was due today (Saturday 22nd) they haven’t turned up I’m back at work tomorrow and I can’t see a thing and working on screens I’m absolutely dreading work , even with the delay of 2 days it was predicted for that day contacted them and they wasn’t helpful! 3 stars for the cheapness but I paid for next day delivery if your having delivery issues maybe refund the delivery charge ? Or don’t give predicted date and false info else I wouldn’t of ordered and shopped else where that isn’t experiencing technician issues as it’s a huge inconvenience now

Always very efficient. And always receive my lenses the next day after ordering.

On two successive orders i have received left lens with a tear in it. This causes redness in the eye and blurred vision. I am very unhappy about the quality of the product.

Great product at great prices but delivery a little slow

Website had glitches on payment section when I placed my order. First said my card was declined (there was nothing wrong with it). Contacted them by chat, they deleted my card and told me to input card again and that would solve it. Did that and then got message "we are unable to process your payment". Tried twice, same message. Tried another card and order went through BUT on checking my first card, two payments were now pending so they did go through. Phoned customer service and they could see what had happened and reversed the two extra payments, however, this did take a week to show on my account. Funny how companies can debit your card in 2 seconds flat but credits take a week.

I am giving one star for the quick delivery. vision in the lense was not good at all. it didn't any difference wearing it. I would not recommend vision direct

Ordered lenses prior to Christmas, the order still has not been dispatched yet despite paying for next day delivery!!!
